Dianne McIntosh is Special Educator, Sociologist, CommunityDevelopmentExpertandPractitioner. She has served in the United Nations and the Government of Jamaica specializing in the area of Public Finance Management reforms and marginalized and vulnerable populations.

Her focus        is on economic empowerment, particularly of women and children in the development of their local economy and community.
